Been on and off all day. I have a large order to place, but can’t. Butcher Packer is up and going. They may get my business this time. I have a empty cure chamber and no starter culture.

I'm not sure if this will help but here is the link to "The Sausage Maker" search page for products they offer through Amazon.

If they don't offer the item you are looking for through Amazon then not much you can do but wait for the site to come backup. If they do offer it through Amazon then this search link may get you by.

Sooo, I have been price shopping. While it is hard to find everything you want in one stop, butcher packer is remarkably cheaper on a lot of stuff, so is Waltons. All this vs TSM. They are high priced anyway.
