I get all of mine from Fastenal. Should be able to find them on amazon as well though.

Ok I kinda need them right away, so Amazon may not be my best option. I wonder if Northern Tool or Harbor Freight stock them? What is the proper term so I will know what to ask for?

They are called toggle clamps at most places. Good luck!

Looks like HF has them. 500 pound toggle clamp, but it looks the same as in the pics posted in this thread. $5 and change each

I was in Harbor Freight here this week and they had a bin full of them, yours may have them too.

They don't burn near as much would as what you would think. I can run one of the smokers 12-14 hours on less than 3/4 of a wheel barrow full of wood.

Fixed up the wood storage area. Should hold more than enough to supply both smokers. Back panel lifts out to walk up between the smokers. Also mounted the propane tanks up inside the trailer uprights out of the way.
