Well my girlfriend will be making the turkey and all the normal fare, but what should I bring to the table?

I know, I'll steal the show with an assortment...
Chuck roast, couple briskets, assorted boneless ribs... In the pan is boiler onions and not in the photo yet is a cabbage and some Yukon Gold's will go in with the onions.

Will bring some of everything with me. Her boys are carnivores so I'm guessing it'll all be popular (except maybe the cabbage, that's for me)

Holy cow. How many boys does she have? LOL That's a lot of food.

Just be careful she doesn't think you're trying to show her up. It might be the last meal you get invited for.

That sure does seem like a awful lot of food for how many. If you bring all of that I wouldn't bring that much for you might be looking for a new girlfriend. I would bring a small apperitizer or a side dish and run with that. I would wait till it's your turn to make the dinner and then go all out.

Of course I won't bring it all, just a sampling of each. If I'm home long enough to smoke, which is rare, I like to fill the space up and freeze most of it.

Then again she does have 4 teenage boys...

Most gets frozen for my workplace lunches. Running the smoker isn't cheap or convenient so I like to fill'er up when I do run it!

Funny story, the whole room smells like smoke when I reheat my ribs at work. Usually I leave the microwave door open out of courtesy to let it air out. Some people criticize me for that practice though and most shut the door whenever they see it open.

One day my boss called me into his office. Turns out he re-heated his cup of coffee, and it tasted like smoke. I asked him how he liked it but he didn't recommend it.
