I was in Three Rivers texas visitng my wifes family this weekend and this was across the street.  I am guessing you could cook 300 15 pound briskets at once.  My Grandmother in law says the Church uses them about once a month.  This is @ the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Three Rivers Texas.

Inside looks like it could use a little TLC on half of the pit the other half looked nice.
 
Can you imagine the bill to fill it up with meat.

That the place their parents warned them about.  Kinda like how you never see war protesters protesting in a actual war zone.  I wish PETA would protest when that thing was fired up I bet you could get a few converts.(PETA detractors)  I also bet you could smell that smoke for miles down wind if they got it up and running at full speed.

That is big enough to cook a couple of the PETA folks - maybe that would quiet them down a bit
