Newbie, as in I finally registered after years of lurking this site lol. I am from East Texas, home of some great bbq. I have cooked on many different pits over the years. At home I use a cheap old LP Vertical Smoker(slightly modified)....mainly because it's so easy to use for smaller cooks. I cook a little bit of everything and I'm always looking for new ideas outside the box. I'm working on a cook today and I will post it up later with pics of course. Thanks for all the tips and tricks I've picked up over the years from here, now hopefully I can contribute some of my own.
