Hello to all and Thankful to all of our Vets, and their families, this Memorial Day Weekend.

The used pit i just bought, i didn't even look at the 3 temp gauges actual readings. Well, they're 200, 170, 150. The one in the pic is in the AC now and it's reading 190. I sunk all the probes into ice cold water and all temps went down to about 100. Then right thereafter, all the temps went back to the original incorrect readings.

Since these are not adjustable, do you guys have some recommendations on good value based temp gauges?

Thank you very much,
TJ

Are you sure they are not adjustable? is there a nut on the back at the base of the stem? put a wrench on it and turn the outer part.
