So this is my first post of anything on the cooker I’m still waiting for my new cooker to arrive which the Lang driver says truck will be here Tuesday Until then I’m gonna fire up my old Oklahoma joe and get to cookin So still a newbie I am looking for any advice anyone has to offer I will post through out the day of each step thanks in advance

All rubbed up, I used cracked pepper, granulated garlic, smoked paprika,cayenne on one only,(my wife doesn’t care for spice),smoke paprika and kosher salt. Back in fridge until after church
 
Doing two different styles. I like spice and my wife likes sweet. One wrap consist of butter, brown sugar, honey and apple juice. The other is gonna have some heat. It has jalapeño and habanero pomegranate jelli and a sauce that has some heat as well. To balance the heat I added some honey and apple juice.

My wife is hookin up the sides. She’s making baked beans with a few extra steps.

Tossed on the king crab legs, these will only take ten minutes at most. I opened the door on my firebox to get it going while I pull and sauce the ribs and get them back on
 
Looks like they turned out great. Good color and pull back on the ribs.

Point for sure.
