Can Fedex deliver anything without damaging ?

I hope not. expecting new headlight assemblies for my Mustang Friday. good thing is, not immediate need. if they "mess it up" can return and reorder.

This thread is not what I needed to see. I have a new VacMaster VP230 on a fed x truck now. Supposed to be here Saturday. Maybe I can get lucky and get it delivered without damage.

Thats part of the fun, you just never know.

I think VacMaster would have pretty good boxing and protection. You'll be good

Fed Ex just dropped off my VP230 in perfect condition. Even the tracking was spot on for the first time in forever. Their tracking usually makes the post office look good.

A month ago, I bought a small step ladder from Home Depot. Fedex damaged it in shipment. It was never delivered but still took a call to Home Depot to get credit and another one ordered. Took two weeks to get my ladder.

Last week, I bought a Troy Bilt front tine tiller. It had to be shipped as no HD in the OKC metro had one in stock. And of course, Fedex damaged it in shipment. The guard was bent and I was willing to keep it as I could bend it back in shape. But I found it was leaking oil from the chain drive crankcase. Unacceptable.

Was told Saturday, UPS would be at my house yesterday to pick it up. No show. After three phone calls this morning with HD and UPS, they will be here tomorrow.

Hopefully.

Shipping is getting bad.

Been pretty fortunate. I have ordered from Amazon for years and only one bad experience. Probably shouldn’t have bragged….
