All rubbed up, I used cracked pepper, granulated garlic, smoked paprika,cayenne on one only,(my wife doesn’t care for spice),smoke paprika and kosher salt. Back in fridge until after church
Doing two different styles. I like spice and my wife likes sweet. One wrap consist of butter, brown sugar, honey and apple juice. The other is gonna have some heat. It has jalapeño and habanero pomegranate jelli and a sauce that has some heat as well. To balance the heat I added some honey and apple juice.
