Just over two hours in at 275 average. Gonna pull for wrap

Doing two different styles. I like spice and my wife likes sweet. One wrap consist of butter, brown sugar, honey and apple juice. The other is gonna have some heat. It has jalapeño and habanero pomegranate jelli and a sauce that has some heat as well. To balance the heat I added some honey and apple juice.

Here is a shot of the jelli and bbq sauce. I get both from my area.

Tossed on the king crab legs, these will only take ten minutes at most. I opened the door on my firebox to get it going while I pull and sauce the ribs and get them back on

Ribs sauced and back on. Hoping for no more than 45 and we’re done.

Looks like they turned out great. Good color and pull back on the ribs.

Point for sure.

Chris
