First beautiful day here on the west side of the Good Lord's great big grilling mitt and the Weber was calling to me. Surf and turf beer can burgers.

Thank you very much. Salad is bowtie pasta, artichoke hearts, shrimp, kalamata olives, garlic stuffed green olives, and pearl mozzerella. Olive oil and balsamic. Very low fat meal.

I forgot about beer can burgers. Makes me want to do them. They look great!

Those are some mighty fine looking BCB's odd. It's amazing what can be put into those things. I like doing them a few times a year. Now I have another idea for the innards.
