Going to a neighbors house and he requested a butt and some ABTs...........of course he did not really have to twist my arm to get me to agree.

I plan to do a brisket, couple of pork shoulders, some sausages, ABT's, and maybe even a couple slabs of baby backs.

I have 21 people coming over to watch the game and want to have plenty.

Last time I did ABT's... it was a tearful situation for me in case any of you remember Abi telling everyone that I was crying

In my defense... those were the Jalapenos from hell and I was on fire for about an hour after the fist bite.

This time, I am going to be a little more careful to pick out "not so hot" jalapenos.

Jeff..........let me know when you get the picking out the not so hot Jalapenos down.............and share please...............

My wife and I were at the store the other day and she pointed out these huge ribs. After getting the last 2 packages in the cart I helped her up (just kidding). I ended up with 9 & 7 1/2 pound packages of Dino Ribs (these thing are huge). This will be my first try. Also 2 stuffed fattys and a couple of dozen ABTs. I am also going to throw on ?. I will let you know when I get back from the store this weekend. Can't wait!

We finally got a break here in Wisconsin weather. I started a post about the best fillings for a fatty for my family, and got some good Ideas. Went to the store and had a bit of a breakdown, baby backs were on sale, got two racks for my first try at the 321 method. got stuff for my first fatty, and 2 pork butts for pulled pork which I have made many times.

Thanks for the ideas and always for the advice. If i must say it for myself I am getting pretty good at this stuff. Just cant wait till spring to get at my stick burner.

Lots of yummies being pre-cooked today I think. I did my first smoked cheese this morning for snacks tomorrow and then ramped up the temp for my first ABT's---I hope they are good re-heated. Got 3 fatty's going and one Topround too.

But, the "BIG EXPERIMENT" today is..........I am pre-smoking chicken wings that were marinated in Itilian dressing overnight. I am smok'n them in a broiler pan with a little marinade. Sunday, I plan on dropping them in the deep fryer for a few minutes, then coating them with franks hot sauce and butter. What do you think?

gary...........careful using 3-2-1 with bb's........3-2-1 is mostly for spares......bbs don't normally require foiling.......they are tender enuff

you plan on cold smoking those?
or hot smoking em..........let me know quick.......got the smoker going now doing a candain bacon

Steve, your experiment sounds good...let me know how they turn out please.
