Cooking for a big crowd at the Moose Lodge.
60 racks S. L. Ribs 80 chicken thighs. I'm exhausted, I'll watch the game tomorrow.
Go 9ers!!!

Oh right, it's the Swift Bowl this weekend. Lots of Taylor-Gating to be had!

I'm just poking fun. That looks like a fantastic spread!

WOW, Dan good on you and the guys with you working. But like said
I bet the folks at the lodge really appreciated it . And I remember how you are feeling now. I don't think I could do it anymore.

Everything looked great, even the refreshment stand, lol

Lots of work. And a great looking cook. Not quite sure there was enough liquid refreshments.
Jim
That wasn't even the bar, just refreshment stand. lol
I wish I took more picture, they had me running like a fool. I thought I was cooking 30 racks of ribs, then two hours into the cook they hit me with another 30 racks. Good thing that brick smoker has two sides, I was able to push the second half of the cook though hot and fast. This was a fun cook, no timer, no thermo, no foil, it was a fly by the seat of your pants deal. All in all I think everyone enjoyed both the ribs and chicken, mac & cheese, slaw, and char'O beans. I hardly ate anything, I'm freak'in sore and TIRED as can be. I just sat down in my recliner with a cocktail, to unwind.
It's perfect, my wife is working, so I have the house to myself.
I feel a nap coming on. LOL

Dan.

Looks like a lot of work on a lot of good food. At the end I would have been staked out next to that beer cooler......

Am I to assume that in the fifth picture you are one of the fellows sitting at the end of the BBQ Pit?

Unfortunately we rarely get a chance to put a face with an Avatar.

This is me

No, but that is my hand, wearing the black rubber glove.:emoji_laughing:

Man, I sure miss Herter's, Mr. George could sell a glass of water to a drowning man.
