I hope Newcomers will read this through and see that a well planned smoke will always be successful. The one thing I have learned through the years is that its pointless to try to aim for a time to be done. Its easier to be done early and hold the meat in an insulated cooler. Never be intimidated and always have plenty of tasty beverages close by. Consider this most new to smoking would either panic or pull their brisket on a stall as long as this one had, but patience pays off every time. The pork butt has been on since 5:30 yesterday.

Ok Here It is. The wifeys portion.

She can braid hair, but she still struggles with dough.

It was coated with egg wash and dusted with Cavendish Greek seasoning and baked. I'm starving now. I love the smell of fresh bread.

All right I'm running low and still got one wife to go.

Here's the chicky bird.

The pork is not absent and for a rough claw they knew better to complain.

 The brisket..

Just the tip.

Just a little bit more...

Ok..

Her bread won the day.

I am in awe.   I've been very lucky so far and things have turned out great.

However I have never tried more than one thing at a time, so far.
