Super Bowl idea.

I did these last February for the Super Bowl and the throwdown that was going on. Not as hard to make as you would think. Just a little patience with the weave.

I've been thinking about doing mini-fatties all week.  Yours and the wings in your link looked great!

Jrod62 posted mini-fatties last fall from the Sept throw down.  He made some that instead of wrapping in bacon, he wrapped in a won ton wrapper and deep fried (after smoking the mini-fattie).  He also made some others wrapped in instant biscuits and both looked great (as does yours).  Not sure I have the patience to do the bacon weave on a mini though.

I think I'm going to give mini-fatties a whirl this weekend also.

Dumped that thread to a PDF and saved it.  Been wanting to do the won ton wrapped mini-fattie ever since!!!!

Look great JRod!  No way I have the patience for that!

I checked out that Throwdown thread too...never happen - the patience thing again.

Heck, I haven't made a fatty in two years 'cause Steph outlawed them...I don't know, something about too much bacon (like that could ever happen!) and my cholesterol level...

If I'm gonna die anyway shouldn't I be happy and have bacon on my breath when I go!!!!????

Jrod, I saw your in that throwdown and thought they looked great. The mini bacon weave isn't that bad, just a little time consuming. Just lay the bacon strips on something flat and freeze for a few minutes and each strip will slice into three slices easily. Just handle carefully because it will break in half easily till it thaws back out so you can weave.
