I had hoped the Weber was going to do good with a minion in the basket and a reload. It did the 9 lb butt with a basket and a half. No foil during stall.

Oh yeah!

Simple slaw recipe.

Cabbage and carrots, red onion and some Cracked pepper and salt.
I used a package of pre washed n cut slaw mix.. a few very thin slices of onion.

3/4 cup mayo and 3 Tbs of cider vinegar. 2 Tbs sugar.. whisked and poured on the cabbage and onion.

Nice looking butt Rings, the daisy wheel vents have some advantages over the one touch. Can't beat a weber either way.
You should look up the snake method also for longer cooks.

Point for sure.
