Sunday's Boston Butt

Smoked a 9lb Boston Butt Sunday for 14 hours (12am-2pm) over Hickory chunks. Rested it for an hour and shredded it. Butt was falling apart when I pulled it off the smoker. Moist and tender, bark was so tasty as well family said. Enjoyed this with family along with the brisket post I shared last night.
