A 360 twist that is. Not fit outside for man or beast. So I decided to try this out.
2 pound batch 50/50 beef and pork. Used TSM trail bologna mix with cure. Then added.
1 tsp jalapeno powder.
2 tsp ECA.
1/2 tsp liquid smoke.
A handful of smoked sharp cheddar.
And into the 360 at 170 degrees. I'll be curious to see how this comes out.
