Its amazing how many zucc.  you get off of one plant.

Cut the zucc. in half long ways, hollow it out.

Fry up some burger, add sauce and pepperoni.

Ready to go on the drum at 350 after the rain quits.

Looks like the rain is about done.

When the zucc is toothpick tender, add cheese.

Should look like this when done.

Thanks for lookin

I do something similar, but I use italian sausage. I make a sausage stuffing (onion, italian sausage, couple of pieces of bread cubed up, garlic, seasonings), put the in the zuch's, top with mozz, then right before I serve it I put some marinara on them. They are sooooo good!

You really can't go wrong with stuffed zuch, yours look fantastic!

My Wife Will Love This!!

Thanks man.

Italian sausage sounds good too.

There are sooooooo many ways to do this.

Yeah, given a little water those plants really go wild.

Always good to see another way to use them.

Those look so good you could make Guido hungry!

If  I could send ya some rain I would.

We have had to much here.

Hard to get hay made but the rest of the crops are doing great.

Looks tasty Adam! We do this quite a bit. Try left over spaghetti, chili, jambalaya, etc. All make good filings.
