Stuffed Mushrooms, Buffalo Chicken ABTs, and Cheese Meatballs

Here is a starter pic, we have friends coming over later so it may be a dinner of apps/side items.  If we're still hungry we'll just have to do a cheesesteak from last weekend's sliced roast beef:

Brushed both with EVOO, into the smoke for an hour before stuffing:

Attempted to pre-cook the bacon a little bit but took it too far so it ended up chopped in the buffalo mix for the jalapenos.   Here are both stuffed and going back on the smoker for an hour:

 
Looks good! I would of just ate the bacon while cooking some more!
 
Here are the finished ABTs - has bacon cream cheese, hot sauce, homemade blue cheese dressing, blue cheese, ground chicken, and bacon.


Here are the finished mushrooms - jalapeno cream cheese (shocking spicy), garlic, chopped cooked mushroom stems, parm, pepper, onion powder, cayenne:


Now onto Jeff's meatballs:

 
Looks great! I love ground chix in stuff it's tasty stuff! If you ever make white chili it's the best with ground chix!
 
Here are the final cheese meatballs, pretty sure we aren't going to make it to cheesesteaks tonight:
