After taking 90% of the smoked sausage's to KY, i'm starting some back up for Nov.

Here is 5lbs of SS, Undecided if making SS Sticks or chubs.

 
Nice!!! I have the sausage bug again too! Stuffing ten pounds of italian cheese and parsley tonight for a group of Veterans running the Hamptons Marathon tomorrow.  Don't post too many good pics otherwise I'm going to start PMing you with questions even more than I already have hahaha
