Thanks Jeff . I really liked the Bertmans Horseradish . Good for dipping fries and stuff . My Stadium mustard is almost gone , so I think I'll try the Bertmans this time and get some more horseradish .

High heat sear to seal the outside . Then drop the temp and let it finish . I took these to a higher finish temp . Completely tender and all kinds of flavor .
