I was fortunate enough to take a nice Antelope with the bow this year. 3lbs of ground poke and 3lbs of ground goat. This is a recipe I've posted before. I smoked these for 3 hours with Pecan and the pics tell the rest of the story. Going to wait 24 hrs before slicing. Enjoy the pics.

Well, not a lot of activity here. But I was pretty excited about this. Here is the sliced shot. Thanks for looking.

Nice SS Sam........ Didnt know they had antelope in NJ........LOL Where did you bag the critter?

Can't go wrong with SS. Never had antelope since I was 3 ft tall so I don't remember the flavor. How'd it go? Looks great!
Flavor was real nice. You would never know it was Antelope unless I told you.

I took this goat in Wyoming at the end of August Joe.

This'd be the place to get one.

Your sausage looks great. I need to try something like that myself. :thumb:

I paused on my way to the shooting range here on Sunday afternoon to get some pictures of these guys. Shot 'em out the window of the car. Why are they always so relaxed when you aren't hunting them?

That had to be some good work to get one with a bow! I hope you had a great time. Thumbs Up

They look like sitting ducks to me.....hahhahahaha
