Special Roast Beef Club (Hickory Smoked with Bacon)

One more Sammy to make for you guys to take a look at.

This is gonna be Awesome!!
I start out by (lightly) toasting 3 slices of Italian Bread.
Then I spread Miracle Whip on one side of all 3 slices. (Mayo if you like it bland)
Then I stack a bunch of Thin slices of Smoked Roast Beef (Smoked Eye Round) on that first slice of Toast.
Then a Nice Slice of American Cheese on top of the Roast Beef.
Then I drop the second slice of Toast on top with the Miracle Whip, facing down.
Then I coat the top side of that second slice of Toast with MW.
Next is that Bacon I fried before starting to build this Sammy.
Then some nice Tomato slices on top of the Bacon.
Then close it up with the Third slice of Toast.

Give it a corner to corner slice, plate it, and throw any leftover Mater pieces on the Plate.
Time to Eat !!!!

Then for Dessert, some Fried “Thick-cut” Bacon Ends. MMMMmmmm…….

Hope You All Enjoyed this---I sure did!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Thank You Gary!!
Every time I have a Club Sammy, I'm reminded of my younger days.
A club Sandwich was usually my "After Midnight" Sammy of choice, at an "All-Night" Diner.
And Thanks for the Like.

Now that looks real GOOD, John--except, of course, for the MW.
Beautiful bacon.

Thank You Gary!!
I can eat them both, but Mrs Bear & I prefer MW.
However when we eat at Bear Jr's house we have to eat the Bland Mayo.
And Thanks for the Like.

Ha you didn't get me this time I'm still stuffed from The PA gathering. What's that Smithfield bacon. :D

Great looking sammie Bear.

When I was young, it was mw only. Then I switched strictly to Mayo. Now I find if I've got a fat ham Sammy in front of me, mw hits the spot.

I try to avoid both of them these days as I get older and fatter, but the Mayo I keep gets used in place of butter when frying say.. grilled cheese. It's just better in every way.

It's not an uncommon tip by any means, but if you've never tried Mayo instead of butter when you make pan toasted sammiches, I implore you to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed

Wow, those are some manly thick slices of tomatoes!

Also, the Mayo v miracle whip debate continues....

Hmmm, I never tried that. Would MW work the same in the pan for a Grilled Cheese??
I'd like to try that, but to use Real Mayo I'd have to borrow some from Bear Jr.

Thanks for the Tip,
Bear
