So I had to hang xmas lights this weekend & thought might as well smeel some smoke as well!! So here goes

Beautiful, fall-off-the-bone ribs! 

  I'm way overdue for some of those. 

My boss recently had some of my smoked turkey and asked if I did ribs.  He proposed a friendly cooking competition after New Years.  I'm sure to win if mine look as wonderful as yours!  Bring it on!

(BTW -- everyone in ear shot of his "challenge" offered to judge the event :-)
