Most multipacks of spare ribs we get are three to a pack, this odd ball had four with one rack a bit smaller.

Played with different flavors, all were really excellent!

Thanks for looking!

Those look really nice! I do have to ask. How many PBR's does it take to cook them? Takes me about a bakers dozen. My wife thinks that's too many. What are your thoughts?

Delicious looking ribs. Me likey! Your pics sent me scurrying to the freezer to pull out a couple of racks of spares. My wife always asks me what I'm planning for dinner for the week or weekend. I tell her, "I have no idea. I'll have to see what the guys on SMF are posting that make me hungry." Easy answer tonight; ribs for the weekend!

Ribs are normally just shy of a 12 pack for me... but some day soon I will achieve your level!

Your ribs look great, and PBR's are definitely making a comeback. Same with Narragansett

Point for sure

Your ribs look amazing.

One question: was there a lot of difference in taste between your different rubs, or only a little? I've often wondered whether most rubs don't end up tasting somewhat similar, after hours in a smoker. Most of them has salt, pepper, and paprika, and it seems like they all end up tasting somewhat similar.

Was that your experience?

Ribs look perfect did you wrap them? Look tender but not quite fall off the bone perfect combo IMHO.

Points on the PBR for sure. One of my favorites.

I just sauced mine, inspired by this thread. Sweet Baby Ray's/Crushed Pineapple/Juice from the can/and Makers Mark (trust me, I know there are better uses for MM, but other than some pricy scotch and Black Bush Irish whiskey, that's all I had. My apologies to the bourbon lovers). Wife loves sauced ribs, so that's what I make. Pics to follow soon.

RIB-FEST!
Ya know, ya don'ts gots to cook them all at once. LOL! :D

Ah, Pabst Blue Ribbon! Another fine beer! Next time I get a
hankering I'll have to pick some up.
My doctor sez none. The
Dietitian sez 2.
But nobody set a size limit...

Time was, I was knockin back two 30 packs a week. Loved my beer!
