I don't look at that book much anymore . I need to get it out . It's a good one .

Interested in this . I made some sausage the other day with reaper powder . Might go good in a soup .
Rich that is the only sausage book I have,his recipes are pretty basic so they are easy to improve on.
I will try getting enough pics of it when I make it to put up a post.
