I have not done these much lately because they have been so stinking small. Not even worth buying. Finally our Sav-A-Lot finally got in some decent ones so I picked them up.

Marinaded in some Mojo for about 4 hours.

 Durkees Mesquite Rub

 Sprinkle of Everglades Heat.

 Wood used: Cherry and Oak

Did a modified 3-2-1. More like a 2-1.5- then finished on a hot grill (Smokin Al style)

After 2 hour naked, then 1.5 wrapped in foil. Gave them a splash of apple juice/Makers Mark when I foiled them.

Ala Smokin Al..........moved them to a hot grill to finish after removing from the foil. Mopped them with a little Blue Front BBQ Sauce for the wifey and Hillside's Apple BBQ Sauce for me.

All finish. Both versions quite tasty.
