Tossed some brats on during a long beef plate rib cook for the family to have lunch!

Looks great! Several years ago I took over the brat prep for family reunions. Instead of grilling 20 lbs I threw them in the Lang with my butts. People flipped and request them like that always now.

Yeah, I dusted them with some Blues Hog sweet and savory and just tossed them on the upper left hand side and maybe flip twice for a couple hrs. Tender inside, good smoke taste with the snap still in place. They tend to get gone for sure!
