On a ski trip, wanted to bring some easy wins to cook.

Homemade brats (whitetail I tagged this winter and pork), caramelized onions, and fried peppers.

With a side of Sneaky Weasel. Although when I serve it with German sausage I call it "Sneaky Viessel"

Where are you skiing?
Years ago when I lived in Seattle we made 2-3 trips a winter up to Whistler Blackcomb.

They still have Duffy's Ale? That was my favorite swill.

Panorama, so eastern side of BC. Not sure about Duffy's, that might be a Whistler thing, I haven't seen it here.
Yup that would work for me.....Oh and it looks like the TD picture skills have moved forward.....Those are some nice shots.....
