And when I opened her up, she was missing the drip Pan....I left a message on Masterbuilts Customer Service line and am Awaiting a return call.

Have any of you had missing parts and how did customer Service rectify the situation?

All my pieces were there but so far most accounts of their customer service are great.
Depending on where you bought it you could box it up, take it back, and get a replacement? At the least, you could fashion your own drip pan out of something. Aluminum foil a couple of layers and then just sort of turned up on the edges if it's for the drip pan on the bottom inside, or just any old pan if it's for the one on the back; most of the time that doesn't get much in it anyway.

Hey unc.
My drip pan was not there either the first time i looked.
It was taped or wrapped w/ a bunch of packing and i allmost tossed it . Once i found it not there i went back thru all the stuff in the box and found it.

Here is a direct line to a CS person named Kim. 1-706-256-3942

She is very good.

For now you can get a pan at a dollar store.
