Smoking Sausage......on the Infrared

  1. So decided to smoke some sausage (and grill) on the infrared Grill.  Put a mix of cherry and apple wood on the grate and added the sausage.  Turned out yummy I must say. 


    Here she is

    Thanks for looking!  Sausage was so good.  Smokey with a nice crisp casing.  We have Chicken and Feta,  Chicken Parmesan and Chicken and Apple.  Of course I had to have some homemade Horseradish Garlic Mustard.

    Looks great, And I'm glad you posted this as I'm looking at getting the same grill and was wondering if you could do some quick smokes with it.
     
  5. It's a really good grill.  I love the "no flare up" of the infrared.  Definitely the best gas grill I have owned.   Worked pretty good for a quick smoke.
