If I started a pork blade butt roast in a pressure cooker to speed up the overall cooking. Then put it in the smoker would i get a good end result. Im new to this and i dont have 12hrs hours to wait. thanks Dave
Go the other direction. Smoke from raw 4 hours or so at 225°F and finish in the P Cooker...JJ
I smoke for 4-5 hours then in to a roaster to finish alot. Works great.
