New to smoking and new to the group. I just put a brisket on which will take 7 to 8 hours. I would also like to smoke the potatoes and corn but the recipes for these call for 400 degrees. What's the best strategy for cooking multiple items while keeping the brisket from getting cold while the others cook?
 
I use 2 cookers for things that need different temps. Not sure if that is possible with your set up.

You could also smoke the taters and corn a bit then finish them in the oven. They will both cook at 250 it will just take longer and you will have no crust on the taters. You can also cook the corn in the husks. May not get a lot of smoke flavor on tem that way...

If you are running the brisket at 225-250, corn and potatoes take a couple of hours to cook. Remember to put the brisket rest time into the equation.

If you are doing whole potatoes, they will take around 4 hours to cook at those temps. The corn will take a couple of hours. I soak my corn with the husk in the sink for an hour before I put them in the smoker. Like Barry said, take your brisket rest time into account.
