I smoke a lot of pork, only because when I wonder through the markets around here and see steaks at 10 bucks a pound and roasts at 30 bucks or above, no thanks We live in low income household, costs matter. To see beef for less than 8 bucks a pound around here is very seldom done these days. One market I walk through, I see frozen beef brisket for $100. It is nuts out there.
