Smoked Jalapeño and Peppadew Cheese

Never heard of Peppadew cheese, or just Peppadew (had to look it up), but I like any smoked cheese. Peppadew is not available around here...

I had never heard of it either until I saw this block of cheese in the store!

Also, if you are smoking liquids like water or cram etc, you have to stir it like every 30 minutes to break the surface tension.

Smoking water is great for making smoked ice cubes if you happen to drink whisky/whiskey/bourbon.

Smoked cream is great for making butter as I mentioned before, but I've also smoked it for making a smoked lasagna.

Smoking Vodka is ok.. but not really worth the effort. Smoking bourbon kinda defeats the manufacturer's intentions.

I have smoked cream cheese too as was the fad a few years ago, but my version 2.0 was MUCH better.
