Had to sample the pickled Kielbasa i made last week.

They were very good! Nice texture and flavor.

Also on the plate, homemade pickles i canned 2 years ago. Still crispy and nice pepper bite.

Salami. Prosciutto anf and K 3 types of Kerrigold Cheese- Reserve, Aged and Dubliner, listed in order of preference.

And for what it’s worth, give me a couple cold ones and that plate would be clean!

Appreciate it! Don't apologize for questions! I always give them a week before sampling. I never keep them fot more than a month or so, but I've read they’re besr if used within 2 to 3 months. I have only used Eckert and Hillshire Farms Beef Kielbasa. I prefer the Hillshire Farm. The other developed a "mushy" texture after just a couple of weeks.

Regular Oscar Mayer Beef hotdogs seem to have the best texture for me.
