Smoking in the Volunteer state

Hi all I just picked up my Yoder ys640 today. I am new to pellet smoking and can't wait to get started. I live in Knoxville, TN and love some smoked pork. Looking forward to tailgating this fall with some smoked meat and watching the Vols play.

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. I've had some really good BBQ in Knoxville. I once traveled to Kville about 35 years ago and there were several good places on Kingston pike and Alcoa highway.
