Hey all!
My name is Bill, and I am somewhat of a noob in the smoking world. I live in Las Vegas (of course known for our nonbbq fine dining). I have years of experience cooking and grilling, but figured I would hit these forums for some advice on how to up my smoking game.
I've been using a Char-Griller Duo 3-Burner with smoker attachment for a little over a year. Due to the nature of the smoker attachment and the limitations involved I am in the process of building my upgrade. Along with my brother-in-law we are building a cinderblock smoker. Outside dimensions will be 48" x 32" x 48", inside dimensions will be 32" x 16" x 40".
Anyways, its a pleasure all!
