Hello Everyone, New to the board and did a roll call post intro, but I am looking for suggestions on

smoking two racks of baby back ribs tomorrow. I am just doing a dry rub but would like to know the

temp.and time most used. I will be using my Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and my Maverick thermometer.

Will post photo when done. Thanks  Kermit

@ 225° F  2-2-1 method..... two hrs w/smoke - two hrs foil wrapped, then out of the foil and back in for another hour to finish.

Thanks for the quick replies. Just didn't want to mess up my ribs first time out.

I want them smokey and tender. Sound like good info given. Thanks again, Kermit
