After reading another thread by duffman on smoking ribs today I thought I’d join the party.

Normally I stick to salt and pepper, but after reading so many threads where folks used SPOG, I thought I’d give it a try.

Grilled some zucchini, and roasted potatoes in foil on the grill.

Dinner served!

The SPOG was ok. I will likely fall back to my default of salt and pepper.

Although, we had grilled burgers for lunch (no pictures), and the SPOG livened up the burgers quite a bit.

Great looking ribs. I generally just run SPG (no onion powder) but nothing wrong with salt-n-peppa

Love the look of the potatoes .
I like onion powder , but I don't use it on meat .
