I'm been lucky enough to start grilling and smoking at a very young age. First cook was on a 1948 dodge hubcap and wire grate. Chickens hanging on the clothesline ready to be dipped and plucked, dressed and grilled. Those were the days! I was on the BBQ circuit and had some success. Now I'm kicked back and retired on the farm learning some new smoking methods. I'm struggling with The Masterbuilt Propane Elite Sportsman. Never had any use for any other fuel other than good ole Texas post oak. I'm looking forward to joining in! Thank you for the privilege tott be a part of MeatForums.com.
