Been getting the newsletter for years. Lots of good info. Live in Kansas and part time in Colorado when I'm with my wife (job issues for us-we are practically newlyweds). Been smoking meat for about a decade in my smoke hollow #5, but my burner just went bad, and I don't know what model number it is to get a replacement! Anyone with information, please help!! Thanks for any help in advance! Happy smoking!
