Hey all just ran across this forum. I've been manually smoking on a gas grill for years and decided to grab a Masterbuilt digital electric that my brother doesn't use anymore and give it a try. My grandfather was a hog farmer and we used to watch him smoke whole hogs when I was a kid. I eventually want to build a proper smoke house but for now this hand me down masterbuilt will do.
