Thanks, I am aware that they are 2 different cures. As you said above. I don't want to interchange or mix them.
I was talking about making my own #2, it has both , nitrate and nitrite . Correct?

Correct. Our #2 is 6.25% nitrite and generally 4% nitrate but can be as low as 1% the rest is pure salt.
