Hi all, i am a massive bbq fan but new to smoking. I live in the south west of england and am really keen to get smoking. I would love some starter advice on what smoker to buy, i am going to treat myself to one for xmass. I would prefer to be going the classic coal and wood smoker, preferably something partially automated i.e some way of auto regulating the temperature, saw a device called the PartyQ and thought i could pair it with a good quality smoker. I am open to ur collective minds.
