Am I the only one who doesn't get the hype over tri-tip?![]()
If I get it cheap, it is a versatile meat. I like it cooked brisket style and cured into pastrami more than a rare roast.I cooked tri-tip twice, to 135F, cut against the grain. Used Santa Maria rub. Okay, but it didn't make me want to cook it again.
