Well... this year I decided to cut two 16-pound turkeys in parts (breasts, drumsticks, wings and thighs) and smoke them this way.... As usual, I used Pop's brine. Every piece was injected with the brine and kept in the fridge fro 12 days... Smoked for 5.5 hours at 230F using oak pellets till temp reached 165-168F. Very consistent result using Pop's brine.....

Oh yeah . Looks great . Good for so many things too . I saw some smoked legs at the store yesterday . 2 legs , 18 bucks !

Looks great! That is pretty dang close to how I do them. That reminds me I want to try and find some turkey thighs...

Thank you! I love any part of smoked turkey. Unfortunately, there is only one drumstick left in my freezer.... Next time I have to smoke four turkeys so I have something left in the freezer for copuple for weeks! :emoji_laughing: Thank you for the like!
