Took out a few too many Tri tips last week. Cooked up four. 1 to freeze and Sous Vide, 2 to give to neighbors and one to eat at home.
Trimmed them up and seasoned
On to smoker with temps low around 200 cooked with oak wood
smoked for about 2.5 hrs until desired temp
Then seared on weber for about a min per side. Let them rest. The result were pretty darn tasty
The neighbors were pretty happy and both families said it was outstanding. Thanks for looking. I just finished eating the last slices of ours for lunch today. Yum!
