I am in Kommifornia, unfortunately.Orlando Costco Business Center price on tri-tip went from $3.99 in November to $5.79 in March.
It used to be my cheap beef grind for sausage.
Very expensive. I think the best I have seen is pork shoulder around $3.99 ish. Beef is higher. Cost of living is so high that most businesses have to charge significantly more for rent and labor. Being born here, it's sad to see.Commie land used to be the cheap source for tri-tip.

I wish you could taste it. Probably the best pizza I have ever made. tri tip and pineapple with mozzarella and pecorino and bbq drizzle after the bake. Enjoy.
